1. Purpose

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, agency staff, job applicants, and visitors to Day-Impex Ltd.

5. Responsibilities

Employees: Treat others with respect and report any incidents of discrimination or harassment.

Managers: Promote equal opportunities, handle complaints promptly, and ensure fair treatment.

HR: Maintain oversight, provide training, and investigate reported cases confidentially and impartially.

6. Reporting & Complaints

Employees who believe they have experienced discrimination, or harassment should report it to their manager or HR.

All complaints will be investigated promptly, fairly, and confidentially.

Disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, may be taken against individuals who breach this policy.

7. Monitoring & Review

HR will review workforce data and recruitment practices annually to ensure compliance.

This policy will be reviewed every year or sooner if required by changes in legislation.
