Utilizing standard liquid carbon dioxide (CO₂) cylinders with internal siphon tubes, the DILVAC® system uses the Joule-Thomson effect to compress and freeze CO₂ into ready-to-use, solid 1 kg blocks in under two minutes.

Our collection includes regional variants tailored to specific cylinder valve requirements, including the UK/European BS 341 No. 8 connection and the North American CGA-320 variant. 

Each kit comes fully equipped with a heavy-duty pressure hose, built-in pressure gauges for safe vapor monitoring, and secure mechanical clamps for rapid block harvesting.
